This is Sammy - she's just glowing. The outfit was a knock-out - Feraud.

This is Seano getting the Champagne sorted. This is about the same time that Alex and I started eating crumpets.

The crumpet story is quite funny actually - Alex's girlF is a wonderful girl named Mette (that's her below with Shelby). Mette is Danish (and we were eating crumpet - how funny is that?) and she didn't quite, 100% know what a crumpet is. Sean, Alex and I were making "would you like a bit of crumpet?" gags. Sam and Shelby were rolling their eyes. Explaining to Mette was going really well until Alex said that we were horrible and that Mette shouldn't listen to us any more and that we were trying to corrupt her. Weirdly - he was part of the punchline - so that made no sense. Alex is like that.

Look at this photo - I told Sean that no matter how nervous he was, chemical abuse has no place on your wedding day - do you think he listened ?

Well - here they are- not more an 1.5 hours before they got married. As you can see from Sean eyes - what ever it was that got him bussing for the previous photo - it was time for him to have a top up.

What can I say about Sammy - except that you've got to admire her technique - not looking directly at the camera, slightly off centre - she was born to be in front of the camera. Sammy - you rock !!

This is Shelby and Mette - actually it's Mette and Shelby.

When I grew up I married Shelby. When someone else grows up he's going to want to marry Mette.

There are lots of people in the background - for example behind Mette is Brendon and next to him is Carol. In the back left corner - you'll see Steven (Sammy's cousin) and Sean. In the right corner you'll see a plant. Hi plant !!

This is me and Alexander. Alex is wearing one of those cool shirts that you can make if you own a gingham tablecloth. He's the very picture of style. Actually, he naturally has quite dark hair, but he told me that he has his hairdresser comb the grey through - now that's dedication... I wish Alex's pants were in the photo - they were grey herringbone. Alex said he never know's what to wear and that he feels perpetually trapped between the office and the manor...

Other discernable faces in this one include Nick and Carol on the back right, Marcus over my left shoulder and half of Sarah's head to my left. Dead centre is a bit of Sam's dad's head.

I'll try and work in some more material on Alex as we go though the day - he's a legend.

This is Sam's mum and dad in the foreground - Hi Mr and Mrs Kraftt !! I tried really hard to get a photo of Mrs Krafft - but it never happened. Sammy's dad is a brewer - every little boy's fantasy job if you ask me. He was heaps cool and spent a good part of the post wedding lunch having his photo taken with all the strange beers that the resturant was serving. That's a man dedicated to his craft (hehe, another excellent pun from me).

In the background is Simon and Jane. Simon and I went to School together very long time ago. Jane is Simon's wife and she was wearing a very pretty dress.

This is Sean and Marcus. As you can see from the series of shots of Sean he was really fading at this point. I had to take him outside and put a minor smackdown on him. He was alright after that.

I don't now if you can see the stiching on Marcus' shirt - but it was very cool. For a kiwi Marcus is very weel drissed. Marcus and Sara are leavng London soon - and I reckon if Marcus tries to wear that shirt in Auckand he's going to get the crap beaten out of him.

In the background (right) is Carol. Carol would make a great movie extra - somehow she's always in the shot.

Sara and Sam. Sara is married to Marcus and is a martial arts expert - and if Marcus wears that shirt in Auckland - he's going to want to stick close to Sara.

Sara was wearing a stunning green little halter neck number - apparently her whole wardrode is made up of items this colour. Sam and Sara have perfect teeth. Boys notice that sort of thing.

In the background (centre) is Alan - the smooth looking dude with the 'stash. He was the only guy at the wedding with a 'stash ('cept for Peter of course)- how cool is that ! Back right is Steven - he's vying with Carol for the position of "person most photographed in the background".

This is Sammy's family, or at least part of it.

From front left we have Alan, June, Steven and Sean. Front right is Sammy's uncle - Steve. Steve is a very popular name in Clan Krafft.
